James (Jim) Lachenmayer graduated from Roseville High School in 2000. From there he went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Bemidji State University. Jim became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the fall of 2007 and became FHA certified in 2008.
Jim likes to spend his spare time with his wife Catie, watching their son Roman and daughter Anna grow bigger by the day. He is also an avid fisherman, focusing mostly on muskies. Vacationing at the family cabin in Wisconsin, the North Shore, and a yearly trip to Canada with some friends are some of the highlights Jim enjoys most throughout the year.
