My name is Geno Tuccitto. I began my real estate career with a residential Real Estate License in 1997 and went to work in the family business. In 2005 I expanded my career and received an appraisal license. In 2007, after doing a 2 year appraisal internship, I started my own company and juggled both real estate and appraisal duties. I started working with BCL Appraisals, Inc in October of 2010 and look forward to working with their team.
I grew up in Scandia, MN and graduated high school from Forest Lake in 1993. I presently reside in St. Paul and enjoy boating on the St Croix River in the summer and snowmobiling, fishing, and hockey in the winter. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister who all live in the Twin Cities and Mom still lives in the family home in Scandia.
I’m currently on the St. Paul Area Association Board of Realtors and hold a MN Appraisal License as well as being a Weichert Realty Mentorship Program Leader. My educational background consists of Fastrack, Licensed Realtor and Appraiser, 270+ hours continuing license education, National USPAP Certified in 2006, Weichert Realty Relocation Accredited Agent, as well as being QSC and AQB certified. I have also received the Top Producer award eleven years running.
