David (Dave) Mallman graduated from Stillwater Area High School in 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from St. Cloud State University in 2005. He worked for 3 years in commercial real estate appraisal, specializing in multi-family as well as office, industrial, retail, vacant land and subdivisions. He joined BCL Appraisals, Inc in early 2009 and conducts a variety of residential and commercial appraisals.
Dave lives in Mounds View, where he focuses his free time on remodeling projects in his home and various never-ending car projects. He also enjoys fishing during the summer and snowboarding in the winter months.
