Brad received his Real Estate Appraiser License and joined BCL appraisals in June of 2009. Brad graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with an Accounting degree in 1975. Brad joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 1975 working in the accounting Department and he was promoted to controller and VP of finance in 1985. In the past 20 years he has worked as a Senior Loan Officer for several mortgage companies.
Brad and his wife Mary Kay have lived in Bloomington the past 10 years and have been married for over 34 years. They have three daughters: Anna, Claire and Nicollette. Brad enjoys golfing and going to all sporting events.
